Wed 1 Jul 2015 'Taking a Bow'  -  Michael Seal  -  An illustrated talk  -  The Associate Conductor of the CBSO talks about life on and off the rostrum, his career as an orchestral musician and conductor and reveals what a conductor actually does!  -  With a music career of over 23 years, there will be many tales to tell and maybe the odd revelation or two
Wed 8 Jul 2015 The Wentworth Quartet* with Alastair Moseley (clarinet)  -  Brahms Clarinet Quintet  -  Finzi (arr. Alexander) Bagatelles for clarinet and string quartet
* Sadly, the Virr Quartet withdrew eight days before the concert, but we are very pleased that the Wentworth Quartet (all graduates from Birmingham Conservatoire) enthusiastically offered to perform the same works
Wed 15 Jul 2015 'Light Opera Favourites'  -  Poor Wand'ring Ones  -  This young quartet of fine singers will be entertaining us with songs from Gilbert & Sullivan, together with other songs from the shows
